Ted Cruz has just taken the floor on C-SPAN 2 ...

Will he talk another 21 hours? He started out by saying he was against the deal. He says it will pass the Senate by a huge margin.

Of course, he was actually born on foreign soil but, with no trace of irony or hypocrisy the GOP will decide he's a US citizen. Unless they get even more pissed at him by then. In which case his own party may take him down to keep him out of the primaries and keep him from tanking the party more.
