How many days does Boehner have left?

He put a bill on the floor that passed with only 84 Republicans. His own caucus did not want it. He sought and got Nancy Pelosi's help. He's dead in the water as Speaker. How many days before he steps aside?

2. They have no one else. I don't know that this does make him dead in the water.

I hope it does, but I don't think that's a done deal.

On the bright side, Gohmert looks much more like one of Santa's elves than Boner. Which is nice.

16. If previous elections are any guide, Bohener's seat is safe. He carries 65% of the vote most

elections. He's gotten over 70 some years if I remember right. Cincinnati loves Agent Orange for some reason.

Matt Kibbe from freedomworks basically said they will remember everyone who voted yes. The Tea Party is coming for them. Crazy how these new guys are coming for the kill.

The whole time the discussion by out has been the small number of extremist holding the Republicans hostage. In the end we saw it was the extremists who make up the majority of their party.

By riding it out to the bitter end, he gained creds with the teabaggers, and is stronger now.

Because he is so insightful and credible.

I tend to think Boehner is going down.

but doesn't this essentially create 3 factions in the house? Isn't it possible that the "majority minority" faction (aka the Democrats) could join with the not bat-shit insane R's and re-elect Bohner as speaker?

Speaker is an officer of the House, not an appointment by a caucus (like majority leader is).
