In addition, the media have not been informing the public the states where it is working, or alternatives to the website

Why haven't the Democratic surrogates been making a presence?

That has perhaps been the biggest weakness of the Democrats in general

All the protections from the ACA to improve health care coverage are in effect NOW. (pre-existing conditions, 80% rule, etc.)

You can sign up by mail or on the phone - not just by the website!

Many states have expanded Medicaid under the ACA - no website required. Oregon has reduced its number of uninsured by 10% in the past 3 weeks.

If you already have insurance or Medicare you don't need to sign up on any website.

20,000,000 have accessed healthcare.gov.
