It stands to reason we can't afford insurance at all! Single payer. Cut the middleman. Both insurance companies and obstructionist Republicans.

A bit convoluted I know. These righties need practice using their brains to figure out which side their bread is buttered on.

Federal law trumps state law, and unless I am crazy, the ACA has already withstood federal court challenges.

they are free to pass laws that will get thrown out of court.

Just gotta remind people that when these same legislators complain about "out of control spending" that these legislators spent a lot of money passing laws that they know will be immediately thrown out.

The Washington Times has the governor dead-set against Obamacare, while the US News article stated that "South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, a Republican who keeps a high national profile, hasn't taken a position on the bill."

And both of these articles are from May.

forcing funds into the state. No more funds for Medicare, Medicaid, federal interstate projects. Shut down all federal bureaus in the state.

If the federal govt is forcing these things on you and you hate it, then I'm sure other states would enjoy the funds. You can go bootstrap yourself.

The syntax is incorrect. It should be Mandatory Denial Of Health Care Act.

I swear people like these that write laws that intentionally hurt citizens should be held criminally liable.
