ID. If a white, female, judge, trying to vote in her own courthouse, is practically disenfranchised by the TX ID law...WTF will face other women who are married, divorced, widowed?

(26,507 posts)to get out the vote to throw the legislators that are making these laws out. The women have a powerful weapon - just withhold sex from their menfolk until these bums are out of office.
Whats fair is fair. Texas women need to sexually disenfranchise their menfolk.

(18,705 posts)She said there is something you sign if you voter cert. and your license do not match.
If your birthday and address match you are good to go.
Do not let some election worker tell you that you can not vote.
Early voting should not be a problem, the workers are better trained.
If you have problems talk the democratic judge at early voting, or on election day.
You have the right to vote a regular ballot.
I do not trust a republican precinct judge, I don't.
I read this somewhere else today.
I just hope women don't stay home because of this.

I fingers and my brain didn't get together on that last sentence.

(18,705 posts)Republicans seem to have no shame.
The Democratic precinct judges will need to be on the job.
We did receive decent election day training.
I was precinct judge for years, but just got burnt out.
It is a tough job.

(25,111 posts)Ya'know, GOPers are seeing their numbers getting smaller (who would have guessed that) and therefore that must suppress the votes inorder to win as well as to continually gerrymander and red re-district, and further although its failing to brainwash . . .

(18,705 posts)The hours are from like 1 to 6 pm.
The early voting crews really need that morning off to get some sleep.
I worked early voting for many years, and sleeping in on Sunday was needed.
Those long hours for 12 days are really tough to do.
I guess Sunday early voting is state wide.
