who have excused the killing of this child. Those who suggested the kid may have engaged in suicide by cop or the ones who insist that the kid would still be alive today if he were just more compliant even though witness testimony says otherwise.

The police ALWAYS have a reason. What they quite often don't have is a good reason. You actually seem to be suggesting that police don't murder people for bad reasons. You must not read the internet... or papers... or watch television or listen to the radio.

He turned halfway around to respond to the police. One of them emptied his clip into him.

This is where you suspend reality and pretend that every person living in the United States is an indoctrinated Marine who has been well drilled to obey orders the second they hear it.

Meanwhile, in the real world where the typical person's response to a shouted order is, "huh, what?" an innocent person is dead for no good reason.

This is one of the reasons the military first tears you down before trying to build you into the person they want you to be. They have to rip out the tendency by most people to respond to an order with a question.

Because of how the neighborhood had "changed" or something. Best to be informed of these things.

all we really need is universal background checks. That and significantly increase the ATF's budget so they can track down on illegal gun trafficking.

nor would it stop the majority of gun deaths considering two thirds of them are suicides. Nor would it stop mass shootings - it is never a mystery who the shooter is.

and his partner? Probably had a BBQ in his honor.
Good cops? None of them are if they stay silent on the abuses
that are happening every day.
