Obamas Sunday Stroll

The First Family walk from the White House to St. John’s Church for Sunday services in Washington, October 27 (Obama Diary)

It is a day for reflection, not politics.

When a pool reporter asked if the Obamacare website can be fixed by the end of November, Obama responded: "C'mon guys. I'm going to church."

During the service, seminarian Sarah Taylor offered prayers "for Barack, our president, the leaders of Congress, the Supreme Court, and all who are in authority, for Afghanistan, and the Middle East, for this community, the nation and the world." USAToday

What an amazing family! Every time I see a photo of PBO, I remember the night he won his first presidential election and how I cried my eyes out with my Dem friends when we realized that we were winning and that, maybe, racism would finally be a thing of the past. We have a long way to go, but I'm very proud that this man is my president!

Here's hoping that Michele and/or the girls go into politics in the future!

Obama has done well. Better than many expected.

I am proud to have been a supporter of his, but do expect even greater things to come about. One thing he is doing is winning over many who once were in opposition, and he has done that by being cool tempered but firm.

It's going to drive them insane to see him treated as a popular ex-president and to be a speaker at the future Democratic Conventions.

Every time he comes out his campaign theme song will play.

How can they disrespect this beautiful, church-going family? It must drive them crazy trying to invent ways to peddle such nonsense about them being "not one of us".

are always such a pleasure to look at and the Obamas are all tall and thin. It's unusual, as tallness is a recessive gene.

They are the most photogenic family since the Kennedys. JMHO, of course.

will also have the same genetic feature.

That's why two redheaded parents are likely to have nothing but redheaded children.
