If certain "insurance" plans are being dropped

because they do not cover what the ACA mandates, what is the best definition for "insurance" now that the ACA is law?


I have heard that those with catastrophic insurance are upset because they cannot keep that plan.

...and one that covers not only catastrophic situations but dr visits with a REASONABLE copay.

Sure, they will have to pay a little more, but it cannot exceed 9% of their income. AND they actually have meaningful coverage.
