Frickin slackers!

There are over 200K registered voters in my county. After two weeks of early voting, fewer that 1% of them have voted. At this rate, I'll be astounded if total turnout reaches 10%

In recent years, average state-wide turn-out hasn't been above 11% for municipal primaries or above about 16% for municipal elections
