Healthcare.gov to undergo titanic surgery

The government has finally decided enough is enough with the contracting companies that built healthcare.gov
and called on Tech Titans to rebuild the website. Oracle, Red Hat and Google are stepping in to render a much
needed to the site that has been plagued by minor glitches since it's launch.

I'm actually ecstatic that the government has decided to take this approach, the government has promised
that the website will be functional at the end of November which I believe is a little too optimistic as rebuilding
a website can be much more tedious as well as building anew. Finding bugs and rewriting its codes can be much
more daunting, but the goal is to have the site up and running handling vast amount of traffic within a short period
of time and there are no better companies than these three.

Hopefully all the datum from the website will be encrypted.
