Is A TSA Employee Considered A Good Guy With A Gun?

TSA as a rule don't carry guns

3. TSA screeners don't carry guns on duty.

4. The TSA personnel at the security screenings aren't armed.

There are Homeland Security folks, local law enforcement, and others at the airports who are, though. At least that's been my observation. I fly in and out of LAX a couple of times a year.
