So, do Rand Paul's "duel" comments constitute stochastic terrorism?

Stochastic Terrorism: 1. The use of mass communication to incite random actors to carry out violent or terrorist acts that are statistically predictable but individually unpredictable. 2. Remote-control murder by lone wolf.

Paul's idiotic comment: "And like I say, if, you know, if dueling were legal in Kentucky, if they keep it up, you know, it would be a duel challenge."

He doesn't strike me as the most coordinated, athletic or intellectual type of guy.
Probably better not to let him handle a loaded weapon of any kind.

it's a horrible statement for several reasons, and this post lets him get off easy.

ok, he's not inciting others, but he's still far worse than a mere idiot!

He is anti drone killing unless the bad guy really did it, then kill the fucker...He formed his own accreditation group so he could remain a doctor, apparently....he wants to make the rules and not abide by them at the same time.
A snide, spoiled kid whose daddy should have whooped his ass very early on.

He has this snide, spoiled. "I got mine fuck you" punk doesn't hole a candle to.
She has him scholastically and physically.
So his brave confrontation....firearms! where you don't have close contact!

I can picture this spoiled daddy's boy in the classic back to back duel: take 10 steps turn and fire. He'd take one step, turn and shoot her in the back and scream she deserved it!
