I have no idea what the article actually says and get no audio in the video but... At least some of the photos being shown in the video have been floating around the internet in various FEMA related conspiracies for years.

I watch little TV (what I do watch, is DVD's and discs of foreign/non-American TV shows a friend sends me) and have never heard of Telemundo before... I know nothing about them. Are they normally reliable? A lot of TV stations have been fooled by fake news stories... Could that be the case?

I noticed last week that they actually set up a new studio with ABC in Miami.
