This racist fuck's NFL career is OVER- and he won't be getting any ESPN gigs either

Practical jokes and pranks are part of the culture in NFL locker rooms, but the Dolphins appear to be dealing with something a lot more serious after suspending guard Richie Incognito for conduct detrimental to the team for his alleged treatment of teammate Jonathan Martin.

It was being portrayed as a case of Incognito bullying Martin, a second-year offensive tackle, but it went to a different level Monday when Fox Sports reported that the Dolphins and the NFL Player Association were informed that Incognito sent Martin, who is biracial, text messages and left him voicemails that are threatening and racially charged.

According to CBS Sports, Incognito referred to Martin as a “half n-----,” made references to harming Martin’s family and defecating in Martin’s mouth.

<snip>

Incognito, 30, was born in Englewood, N.J., and went to high school in Arizona. He was drafted by the Rams in 2005, joined the Bills for one season in 2009 and has been with the Dolphins since 2010. When he was with the Rams, he was known as one of the dirtiest players in the league. He was voted this year by teammates to be a member of the Dolphins player council.

On Monday, former Colts coach Tony Dungy said on “The Dan Patrick Show” that Incognito was on the team’s “DNDC” list ahead of the 2005 NFL draft, which means, “do not draft because of character.” During Sunday night’s Colts-Texans game on NBC, former Chiefs GM and Patriots player-personnel VP Scott Pioli said of Incognito, “I didn’t want him coming out (of college), and I don’t want him now.”

Incognito served as 'ring leader' in Jonathan Martin harassment

from the above article.....:

Last week's flare-up between Martin and his teammates, “was not an isolated incident -- not even close,” one source said. “It's been going on almost since they drafted him.” Other players on the team said it was fairly widely known within the team that the offensive linemen were hard on Martin, a second-round pick in 2012, and Martin has expressed his displeasure with the situation in the past. Last week, several Dolphins players denied there was any history of verbal abuse or bullying of Martin.

Incognito has had to be reprimanded in the past for his actions toward team employees, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. It is not uncommon for him to intentionally walk into people and make others feel uncomfortable, and to make threatening remarks to Martin, sources said. “It's hard to picture a 6-foot-5 350-lb football player as being the victim of bullying, but that's exactly what took place here,” the source said. “He is genuinely scared of what Incognito might do to him, or has threatened to do to him.”

Incognito and defensive end Ryan Baker, along with tight end Anthony Fasano and offensive lineman Ryan Cook were among the 66 participants in the NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program. It’s a five-day program that took place at the Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Since its inception in 2005 more than 700 players have participated in the program and Incognito, who owns a small event planning business that his parents run, learned from some of the top business professors in the country from March 19-23. He came away feeling empowered with more knowledge and with a thirst for more.

“It was a good experience just learning from those guys because they bring a ton of experience to the table,” Incognito said. “It was just a good all-around experience and it really opened up my eyes to a lot of opportunities outside of the game of football and gave me confidence moving forward with my business.”

<snip...>

“Everyone can really take a lot from it but right now my focus is all football and my heart and soul is in football,” Incognito said. “But I am preparing for the day when all of this ends and I need to transition into the business world.”
