It was a pleasure to watch the President and First Lady interact with the guests. I loved watching the faces of the people as they approached the doorway and caught their first glimpse of the room and the President and FLOTUS... my goodness, she is lovely and gracious.

I know there is a lot of discontent on this board with the President, but I feel we should be grateful this couple is in the White House. Considering the alternative, while many may not agree with this man, we are far better off with him than without him.
