The amenities are listed alphabetically, these occur way down at the bottom of the page...
"Weapon Storage
Weapons storage lockers are located in a secure section of Walnut Hall. Lockers may be reserved at the Department of Public Safety at no charge. Students must provide their own locks. Weapons may be obtained or returned at any time by providing the proper identification.
Wild Game Cleaning Room
A room for the cleaning of fish and game is located in Walnut Hall. The room has cleaning tables and a sink with hot and cold water."

Student safety is and should always a serious concern of school administrations, but how that concern is addressed varies across the country.

That's as far as I'm willing to go when it comes to guns in schools.

(48,181 posts)I suggest keeping your kids as far away from the "safety officer" as they can possibly get and to request a lawyer be present anytime said safety officer interacts with your child. But heck its your kid.

Not only that, looking back at the history of the safety officers in our schools, there never has been a major incident in our years of living here. In other words, they've never arrested a single kid at school in the 13 years we've been here.
