Build some of those google size barges and go out to sea and start by collecting some of that Texas size flotsam that is headed for the Pacific coast.
Start by collecting the good stuff and then all that scrap metal to pay for your operations. Get it all before it get into national waters.

Not enough money in it. I've seen some pictures of this floating mountain of trash and, all I see is a bunch of wood, fiberglass boat hulls, and fishing bouys. Not a whole lotta cash to be made in that.
