new mexico town that gave a colonoscopy over a traffic stop??? not the first time

yesterday we heard about a traffic stop in deming new mexico where the cops used an invalid search warrant to subject a guy to xrays,rectal probing,enemas and finally a colonoscopy all with an invalid serach warrant.

turns out its not the first time

but it's in the Republican part of the state so you know they had to be embarrassed by a story going national to do a damned thing about what's going on there.

End the drug war. It's the only thing that will stop such outrageous abuse of our human rights.

Sounds like a conspiracy and extortion racket. Don't expect much help from DOJ and AG Holder.... they have their hands full busting pot-smoking grannies and trying to neutralize whistle-blowers.

Wouldn't an uncertified drug dog ALSO alert on the seat if he smelled cheeseburger aromas on it?

It's the dogs fault, so nothing to see here. They'll put the K-9 behind a desk for a month or so and he'll still collect his milk bones.
