I was just pondering whether there was a chance in hell that the Republican "establishment" would try to reign in its rightwing media. Hate radio, Fox, et al have whipped their base into angry, frothing-at-the-mouth lunatics for so long that these people, who formerly would have been regarded as "the fringe," will only vote for extremists now. This is finally dawning on the more pragmatic money-centric types. So ... will they finally muzzle Limbaugh and his ilk?
