a voice like Jimmy Carter to speak up.

If he put some voice and money behind freeing Julian Assange and Edward Snowden I would feel that his promise had been fulfilled. But what we perceived...probably wasn't what he wanted to be or was capable of. I still think his work on Global Climate Change will have his place in history. For that I will always be grateful to him.
