How do I donate a star? I forget.

Maybe it's different now, but I also used to be able to look up on an alphabetic list of DU members. I can't find that either. I thought maybe if I click on the username I might be able to do it that way.

The other possibility is that I'm suffering a moment of temporary idiocy, but maybe someone can remind me.

I wish there were a "court" to which we could appeal, so deserving members of the community could receive help and the donator could know they were giving a star to a valid member.
