Rick Perry Might Not Know Chuck Todd's First Name

Either Rick Perry is very chummy with Chuck Todd, or he doesn't know Chuck Todd's first name.

Rick Perry wears glasses all the time now? And I think he just called Chuck Todd "Todd."
