When did it become an admirable trait for a politician to berate his constituency??

I have seen some on MSNBC act as if a certain politician was being brave and forward when he chewed out a teacher who asked a question, for example.

I don't see this as a positive at all. It is just not something you do when you are paid by that person's tax dollars. They may not have voted for you but they still help pay your salary. So, how about a little respect, huh?

It was just before the criteria for selecting a President became "the kinda guy you'd have a beer with".

On edit: Lest we not forget when "go jerry, jerry, jerry" became the battle cry, or the answer you wanted to hear was "you are NOT the father".

They forget they're public servants.

Shouldn't be a surprise. Since the concept of noblesse oblige disappeared, what millionaire is going to consider himself anyone's servant?

He literally screams at people; he told me to shut up and I was going to listen to him. It seems to be a republican trait.
