So do we know anything more of Mr. President's plan to assist

homeowners? He was going to do something without Congress re refi fees as I understood his last go at them.

will only pick and choose a few to cover ,
will be paid for by the taxpayers,
and will be spent by the banks on everything but helping the homeowner.

But I do remember getting an email about something happening on the 15th of this month in regards to this.
