What percentage of our government has been privatized?

Here's what I have heard:

Military - 40%
NSA - 70%
Prisons - 60%

etc...etc...

I'd like to see a chart including electrical power generation and distribution to our homes, water, etc.

The destruction of our "Commons" for profit.

or regulated because of the policy that cheap electricity would be good for the economy. But starting in the 90's, power utilities were deregulated and privatized. The article from USA today shows how the promised savings turned into big prices increases in the cost of electricity and the enrichment of big energy companies.
