One important question about Rush on AFRadio...

Since Pres. Obama is Commander in Chief of all the military, how does the military radio get away with airing a program that runs down the CinC to the troops every day?

If AFR had a program on during the Bush reign that ran him down constantly and called him the dumbshit war criminal he was/is, the Repubs would have had that program off the air in a heartbeat.

since the right wing owns the military, it won't work as a selling point, imho.

The way to go is to ask why RL's obscene and graphic ranting about sex is allowed. That pushes a right wing button and the AFN has no way to justify allowing degenerate requests for pornography on their programing.

As long as they can frame his creepy raving as political debate, we get nowhere. Pushing the indecent aspect can work.

LIMBAUGH: Folks, do you realize something has happened here that we all agree with the Taliban and Iran about and that is he doesn't deserve the award. Now that's hilarious, that I'm on the same side of something with the Taliban, and that we all are on the same side as the Taliban.

honestly let's not go that route, AFN Television carries the Daily Show and The Colbert Report, and they weren't very nice to President Bush... mind you they never said anything he didn't deserve and most pointed out what he was ACTUALLY DOING, but be aware of the door you're opening and that I don't wanna lose those two shows.

I recently saw AFN TV and was surprised to see Hannity followed by Maddow on the same station.

As an aside, I found the commercials they run really fascinating.

attack in that direction too, believe me I've assualted all fronts I can find and they don't budge. I jsut get canned answeres about how they don't sponsor or support him and they won't "censor" him and they're NOT gonna take him off of thier own volition like sen. Levin said, they'd have to be forced to do it.

but in the case of soliciting porn, their robo email isn't responsive and then they can be confronted with that.

... and I don't think he can be counted as a fan.

It's all subjective.
