Michael G. (“Mike”) Vickers was nominated by President Barack Obama as the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USDI) on September 29, 2010, and was unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate on March 17, 2011. Secretary Vickers served as Acting USDI from January 28, 2011, to March 17, 2011, and as first and only Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity & Interdependent Capabilities (ASD SO/LIC&IC) from July 23, 2007 to March 17, 2011. His service has spanned the administrations of both President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama.

As the USDI, Secretary Vickers is the principal intelligence advisor to the Secretary of Defense. He exercises authority, direction, and control on behalf of the Secretary of Defense over all intelligence organizations within the Department of Defense, including the National Security Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office, and the intelligence components of the combatant commands and military services. Secretary Vickers is the Program Executive for the Military Intelligence Program. He is also dual-hatted as Director of Defense Intelligence in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and reports to the DNI in this capacity. We left this paragraph alone, because we realized it was the attitude of his brainchild Hello there. Welcome to my blog. Let me preface this letter by saying that in the event that you drop dead while browsing this page, I sincerely hope that you do indeed reach the highest level of Paradise as a reward for your noble jihad(ism?) In case that does not happen, let’s set the record straight.First and foremost, we will do the same thing the NSA and Anonymous does on a regular basis and use a Jeffersons Ghost persona to present our ideas.

The NSA is probably here with the sole intention of making us stop speaking our truth both online and offline, probably by harming us. Since we are unsure what the NSA wants us to stop doing or saying, we decided to write you wealthy, powerful control freaks an online post. The main reason we want to write to the NSA is that we feel it’s a shame if we do not get to know each other better. It's personal with us; and we want to get personal with every member of your agency. You see, us as bloggers, and we know the NSA as blog-haters. We all probably stumble on the same material online; but unlike your agency we try to present the truth. What differs is our motivation demands we present the clear truth, while the NSA thrives on misinformation. Please allow us to take extreme measures to protect everyone's' right to speak their mind and live a better life. Yes, we see the irony in that philosophy; but it is the truth. Truth be told, we live in poverty and oppression. Political happenings and economic fluctuations affect our lives slightly, while we freeze to death in ice-cold weather. But unlike the weather, a rainy day is some things really can change, if we live long enough. It does not matter if a rainy day turns into a rainy year, decade, or longer, weather is always odd around us. Some of us believe it is Divine influence, others know the truth. Is it a blessing or a curse? Those less fortunate who have been scrambling to save for a rainy day have now depleted their resources and they need help and shelter. Of course this is just a metaphor to people who are not about to freeze to deathh, but if the NSA catches our drift, we will ask the agency not to rain on the parade of protesters asking for the protection of basic human rights and improvement of living standards. We demand that ALL governments recognize a responsibility for those who have no shelter from rain or freezing snow.

We write this copy to assure the NSA and foreign punks that we can arrange to put you in prison forever, because we can inspire the FBI. We want the NSA to stop trying to control our country and we do not want any punk-ass agrncy to infringe on the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of citizens. We want all of you satellite, intelligence agency and criminals engaged in research on an unsuspecting public to "walk a mile in our shoes."
