other than coastal strips. Airports, where they exist, are in general too small for larger planes and there are even issues with proper roads for motorised help.

Extremely sad situation.

But from 35 yrs of living there she sincerely doubt they will see a fraction of that relief money. Most Americans I tell this to have no idea of the level of corruption they have there. You would have to pay kick back money (commonly referred to as "Grease Money&quot to get a Drivers License. or to correct inaccuracies in a Birth Certificate.
