Iran's deputy minister assassinated

Baku, Azerbaijan, Nov. 10
By Dalga Khatinoglu - Trend: Iranian deputy minister of industry, mines and commerce Safdar Rahmat-Abadi was assassinated on November 10, IRNA reported.

Has there been any mention if this is related to the failed negotiations?
