Toronto Mayor Rob Ford

This would simply be entertainment and fodder for late night comedians...

But Toronto is like the 4th or 5th largest city in North America...

The City of Toronto needs to stage an intervention of Rob Ford and get him into rehab or locked up. He is not fit to be dog catcher of Podunk Junction!
