Money is NOT Free Speech.

The SCOTUS has ruled that it is in the past, but they are WRONG. We need to make it clear to the new SCOTUS that it is not so they can overturn that previous ruling and the rulings based on that ruling (Citizen's United comes to mind).

There are obvious differences, which should be amplified by recent events. For instance, I'll pull out the old adage "your rights end where mine begin".

If one or two person(s) is shouted down by a group of others, that's one thing - although I would argue that the 1 or 2 should be heard. But if 1 or 2 person(s) shouts down a huge group of people simply because they have more money, that's not "free speech" but the suppression of speech.

Money is NOT "free speech", but the suppression of speech.

I'm sure there are lawyers here who can express these trampled-upon rights more articulately. But this needs to become a movement and then a Class-action suit. I think all Progressives can demonstrate personal damage, to get the ball rolling.
