Both of the spaces must be removed. Then, if the parentheses are replaced with brackets, it should work.

... (as opposed to adjacent to the banner) you can insert a {br} between the banner and your text. Replace the parentheses with brackets, of course.

because I doubt she's going to be in the Senate forever. I can see her needing a lot of popular support from the folks back home everywhere if she's to survive the nomination process for one of the plum jobs.

She does have a LEADERSHIP PAC that is motivated towards getting good people elected to Congress, there's a link at ACT BLUE.

She's not running for any office in the Executive branch, though--she's said so, quite declaratively.

I do not think she will ever be President of the US, despite the desires of people who don't know much about her background or her motivations. She's doing what she loves, digging down deep on economic/financial inequities.

The purpose of the PAC is to fund people who think like her for legislative office, to put more Warrens in the House and Senate. I think that's a worthwhile place to put a few bucks every now and again.
