You're welcome, America!

You're welcome, because you said 'thank you Canada, thank you for Rob Ford'!

I mean, you guys can't have all the fun, right? We up here in The Great White North have done our fair share of laughing along with you at any number of the myriad of political ass clowns (i.e. Larry Craig, Sarah Palin, Louie Gohmert, Michelle Bachmann, yes even Anthony Weiner, etc. etc.) and up until now, we've had none of our own to share with you.

Well, boy howdy did we come through big time finally or what, huh?!!!

Enjoy!! The Rob Ford Show makes up for our dearth of buffoonery, and we are only too happy to share the wealth with y'all!

Being mayor of Toronto must be a basically ceremonial position, because this crack-smoking drunk would have destroyed Toronto by now if he had any real power. In my lifetime I've known several people like him and none of them were very high-functioning. Hell, they could barely feed themselves. People like him are very entertaining as long as they aren't in a position of power, so I hope for Toronto's sake that he's just a ribbon-cutter. If he's harmless, I'd like to see him get re-elected. We can all use some comic relief.

I normally give people the benefit of a doubt and if there are addictions involved, even more-so ... but Ford has been a loud-mouth bully for a long, long time, and has a history of saying and doing ignorant, racist, sexist and really slimy things that leave me unable to look at him with anything but revulsion. I'm glad, for the people of Toronto, that he's finally getting the attention he's been craving ... though I'm sure it's not quite what he was expecting.

I too would normally not be tap dancing all over someone's political corpse like this, but you said it perfectly... Ford is a loud mouth bully, racist and complete and utter ignoramus. If anyone deserves the karma they are getting, it's this guy. And I'm afraid this is just the tip of the iceberg too. The police I think have got him dead in their sights and he could end up not only being forced to resign, but being arrested and charged with some very serious stuff. He and his brother are in it up to their necks.
