I知 so happy for the batkid and the support was fantastic

but wouldn’t it be nice if every kid straddled with a serious/terminal disease could have such an event and each parent who has such a child could receive this kind of attention and fun...

However, my real issue is that wouldn’t it be even nicer if our country had a healthcare system which would take the care out of the for profit conglomerates and put it in the people’s hands (govt.) so the parents would never have to worry about Caps, Co-pays, limits, or any other bullshit which is now presently imposed.. Their lives would probably be so much easier and would enable them to devote their complete attention to their child w/o worry about finances..
