"The Crumbling of America" is coming up at 4 pm edt on H2.

It's about the terrible state of the country's infrastructure. It is several years old now, but the situation has not improved.

That's what engineers say it will cost to get our infrastructure from a grade of "D" to a "B." I wonder what it would take now, since so little has been done about this.
