He's just a patsy, even fifty years later

Internet searching isnt all it could be, but I have been piecing together fragments of what must have happened
many years ago when I was SHOCKED to find my aunt's brother in law on the front page of the newspaper, apparently
not the Fresno Bee, but the SF Chronicle (which we subscribed to at the time). Learning only then, that he testified at
the HSCA hearings regarding an odd fellow who turned up in his small town, and turned to him for protection from people
out to get him (as I recall).

the story behind Capehart may be one of the most intriguing, certainly the closest to home.
