There's only one reason to call 911 when the police are already on the scene - to try to establish an alibi. Zimmerman literally got away with murder by convincing a low information jury that he was the "victim" even though he had the gun, he was the one who disobeyed the police to chase down an unarmed kid, and his story was as full of holes as Swiss cheese. By calling 911 Zimmerman can now go on Hannity to tell his "real" story and say "we both called 911 so it's just her word against mine."
