Zimmerman seemed intent on retrieving his possessions himself.

If I understood the judge's condition right, a third party has to go to the address and get his stuff for him. The lawyer representing Zimmerman asked that he be allowed to get his possessions with the condition that he not touch a firearm. the judge denied this request.

I don't know why GZ wants this condition, but if I had something there that I didn't want to be public knowledge, that's what I would have done. It could be something like illegal drugs, or perhaps a box filled with cash from his online fundraising that would disqualify him from a public defender.

I obviously have no evidence, I'm just supposin'. Maybe it's just his vast collection of barnyard porn. He'd probably hate to include that in his list of possessions. hahaha

I think it's kind of funny that he didn't get his way on something - since the little snot always gets his way.

I'm guessing his girlfriend will have a great Christmas this year.

Since she was his girlfriend, I'm not going to give her much moral consideration. Probably two peas in a pod.

I believe GZ knows this is very bad for him, and I don't think he'd jeopardize the case with a violent outburst and another 9/11 call. Besides, the judge said police would supervise the collection of his possessions.

He may like to privately convince her to not testify against him, but she can't drop DV charges in Florida herself. Nobody deserves assault, but I'm not going to put a woman who finds GZ attractive on a moral pedestal. They're likely two of a kind.

George Zimmerman's life changed today, and there's no going back. Given he has a public defender, and this is a DV charge in Florida, he'll be found guilty and sentenced by Valentine's Day. If the GF cooperates, there's no reason for a plea bargain.

I'm confident he'll never legally own a gun again. Society wins this one.

something this little sniveler has already proven to lack, it's a deficit of brains.

Hopefully you are right and his gun carrying days are over.

to get his possessions. That makes sense, doesn't it? I heard that. Otherwise, he could bring somebody of his own choosing to turn a blind eye to his taking whatever he wanted, like a hidden gun?
