Did Dems who voted against the Levin amendment concerning Guantanamo say why?
http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=113&session=1&vote=00238I can get why Pryor did. Trying to immunize himself of being soft of terror.
But the two other names are Warren and Leahy. While Pryor voted for the ridiculous Ayotte amendment, Leahy and Warren voted against it as well, so I am unclear why they would be the two only Dems voting NO.
