Look, I'm a fan of the Bill of Rights ... which includes the Second Amendment and all that. But there are some people who just should not have a gun. This guy is one of them. "Stand your ground" ... I get the surface intent of those laws, and even kinda agree with them. But as implemented and enforced, they have transformed into a "right to shoot black people" law. Can anyone come up with an example of where the "stand your ground" defense was successfully applied by a black person who shot a white person? This long haired pale assed denizen of the deep south would really like to know if a case like that ever happened.
