So Chuck Todd thinks Clarence Thomas sucks?

Todd said that if there is a Republican majority (hahaha) and a Republican President (hahahahaha) they can appoint 'a Clarence Thomas'. Sounds like if they ever get a chance, they'll pick other losers?

And before that, change this new rule so that it also applies to SCOTUS.
