1. GMA is not news.

It's a morning chat show. They do a little news, but more features. The peeing dog was part of a story on what toys are popular this Christmas.

If you don't care for such stories, then GMA is not the program to watch, frankly.

5. I'm trying to train my dog to pee outside on demand. Not working so well. Maybe,

I need to replace him with a mechanical dog.

This whole re-training an adult dog from a shelter is proving to be a real challenge. He has a "substrate preference", carpets.

I'm beginning think he's more stubborn than I am and I didn't think that was possible. We're working on new training guidelines from a trainer (know as the "dog whisperer" around here) and progress is still slow.

However, he's so darn cute (mostly Pekingese) that I'm hoping I can get him to behave better.
