PTSD STINKS!!!!

I was down at the U of A Stadium this Saturday, enjoying the activities going on outside. I was not ready for what I heard coming from the Stadium. Sirens, the kind that reminded me of Tornado Sirens. I had a wee bit of a breakdown.

A week earlier I was at the Ronstadt Transit Center and someone dropped a jar of something from their groceries. The sound of breaking glass reminded me of hearing the windows busting.

And you know the people around you have no clue why you are breaking out in a sweet and shaking like it is below zero. They have no idea what is going on ( and I hope they never have to get first hand understanding) or what they could do to help. Some ask in hopes to help, but there really is nothing they can do.

I just feel bad for those around me when an episode happens. They had zero clue what to do or make of it.

I wish I had a better vehicle. I'd come to Tucson (I live in Sierra Vista) and take you to lunch.

It is just one of those things. That is also why I like Tucson so much though, not nearly as many triggers as the Mid West.

I was in the May 22 , 2011 Joplin Tornado. It was an EF-5, Killed 160 people. It was a life changer for me. Things I saw that night I would not wish on my worse enemies.

I've got from early childhood abuse and it only got worse the longer I lived with my parents. That's why I do everything I possibly can to give my little girl the exact opposite, loves, hugs, kisses, and I love you's 10 times a day. I hope she never ever gets it from anything and I can make sure she doesn't get it from her parents, ever!

Make sure to take your meds and I've also got a prescription for MMJ. As a child when things started getting really bad for me, physically abusing myself, slowly becoming non functional, head always spinning, my first toke straitened me out to a functional state and kept me level instead of that uncontrollable escalation of panic when my PTSD gets triggered.

I felt like a lowlife for the longest time needing to smoke it for peace of mind, getting arrested for having it, but now I have a prescription and feel like a human being again.

I know full well life can be very cruel and it comes from other people.

And to all those who want to dictate my application of Marijuana, ya'll can get fucked.
