These things ( i.e. corporate "reforms&quot are happening nationally and ... whattyaknow... the backlash seems to be going on nationally as well. Hence Sec. Duncan's recent tantrum on tv.

My hope was people here who don't "get it"... who are constantly on the defensive about Obama... might veer out a little from their comfort zone and recognize that there are PEOPLE (Hello!) at the receiving of these DC/corporate policies. And they are not happy.

Anyway... I was impressed by the *quality* of the video and the fact that that the parent group ( parentvoiceny) was unknown to me. ( I'm at least aware of most of the opt-out and parent advocacy groups in these parts.)

They seem to be Brooklyn - oriented judging by their site.
