Gay couple found guilty of trespassing: fined a penny.
--A Jefferson County (Louisville, KY) jury Tuesday convicted a gay couple of trespassing for refusing to leave the county clerk’s office after they were denied a marriage license — fining them a penny for their crime.--

The men, one of whom is a pastor, had sat in the Courthouse and prayed after the denial. They view the outcome as a victory.
