If a Corporation is a person then I'm all for capital punishment.
A Corporation that misbehaves should be 'put in jail' by surrendering all profits for the period of a sentence.
A Corporation that misbehaves badly should be put under receivership until new management installed, replacing the managers who are in jail.
It it's bad enough, A corporation should be put to death or suffer dismemberment.

A corporation that makes political contributions shall be guilty of impersonating the employees, the shareholders and the customers in cases where the manufacturer or retail agent is identified on that product.
Of course, a Corporation is not a person and that notion is absurd. However, if Corporations were held to the same standards of citizenship that real, human people are held to, things might improve around here.
PS: Since a corporation is a creation of the state then the separation of church and state applies. Corporations should not be allowed to pursue policies that either infringe on the religious practices of employees nor allowed to apply policies based on religious principles to their employees.
