Paul Jay asks Senator Graham if a culture of "not wanting to know" was created to prevent the conspiracy from being uncovered and to protect the role of the Saudi government - November 28, 13

PAUL JAY, SENIOR EDITOR, TRNN: Welcome back to The Real News Network. I'm Paul Jay. Welcome back to Reality Asserts Itself with Senator Bob Graham. We're talking about the Saudi role in the events of 9/11 and Saudis' influence on U.S. foreign policy.

The biography of Senator Graham in length you will find below our video player here. But just quickly again, Senator Graham was the 38th Governor of Florida from 1979 to 1987. He was a U.S. senator from Florida from '87 to 2005. He was on the Senate intelligence committee, and he chaired the congressional joint committee on 9/11.

Wow...is it ok now to speak the truth now that a senator spoke up? Are you sure it's ok with all the status quo naysaying apologist coincidence theorists that prefer to parrot official lies so they can feel part of the winning team and not have to challenge their conscience, intelligence or carefully crafted belief systems? I'm so sick of the excuses from small minded people who prefer " not to know" and attack those who question what is obviously a big fat lie. I hope those people eventually realize that 500,000 people are in prison on conspiracy charges in this messed up country and conspiracy is not a dirty word regardless of how many paid off pundits instruct you to believe so. And where's the media with this story??? Nowhere because they know they capitulated too. Not a surprise when their board members also serve on the boards of big oil and weapons corporations. The entire thing is disgusting and makes me understand how no one did crap in Germany to stop the Nazis in WW2...that used to puzzle me but not anymore. People will go out of their way to close their eyes to big evil and big lies because they just can't handle it.

Fifteen of the nineteen hijackers were Saudi, so we invade Iraq, then Afghanistan, ignoring Saudi Arabia. And yet there is no conspiracy and the government's version is correct.
If certain people in our government, involved with 9/11, were infected with the Pinocchio syndrome, they'd be able to sword fight each other from both coasts.
The outgoing Clinton Administration gave the incoming bu$h administration a two and a half inch think report of the coming attack. The main important piece of information that was unknown at the time, was where. They did not know where the attack was going to take place. They even had the correct date down to within a few days. The bu$h administration shelved it, unread and it has yet seen the light of day.

"If certain people in our government, involved with 9/11, were infected with the Pinocchio syndrome, they'd be able to sword fight each other from both coasts."

BRILLIANT!!! That's how I remember it, too, especially with all the reading I did, and how much I saw here. Just why haven't we ever tried to drill down into that little 15-of-the-19-hijackers-were-Saudi factoid? I remember hearing and seeing reports about how they were warned beforehand, before they even got to the White House. The Clinton people tipped them off, on the way out, that terrorism was going to be their biggest problem, and they had all kinds of indications that would move even a moron to order higher security at airports and maybe also at highrise buildings or something. Something. ANYthing forcryingoutloud! The morons, however, were IN the White House and the Vice President's office and on from there, down the stovepipe. Instead we had a so-called "president" who told a CIA messenger "okay, you've covered your ass now," when the CIA guy tried to bring him another warning. And we had a so-called "vice president" placed in charge of a White House terrorist task force - and do you know when they finally got around to meeting? September 10th 2001. Instead the so-called "vice president" had been too busy behind closed doors with his oil industry buddies, carving up a map of Iraq.

No one needed a tip off. They blew up two of our embassies remember??? Bush and Cheney knew if they facilitated another on Sept 11 then no one would be the wiser to not think it was just more of the same. We can thank our own apologists even within our own democratic ranks for not questioning the official lie and letting them get away with it as they have so often in the past with other crimes.

His entire testimony was redacted out of the 9/11 report. He stands by it and has repeated it elsewhere. The timings in Mineta's account and the one that did get into the official report don't add up. The registration in the tunnel which could rule out any doubt "could not be recovered".

tunnel in order to do that. The situation room is called Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) and it's under a wing of the WH. There were registration devices (I forgot whether it was cameras or something else) that should have logged the exact timing of his passage, but the data was irretrievable and a FOIA request yielded nothing.

That is, they thought they were terrorists, too. They kicked OBL out of Saudi Arabia.

We attacked Afghanistan because that is the country that let Al Qaeda train there, or couldn't or wouldn't get rid of them.

I'm wasn't for that war, but it did make more sense to attack there than in Saudi Arabia.

or interfere with radar and communications, or buy put-options, or gather up security tapes for hiding / destruction, or have anything to do with anthrax, or start mobilizing the Afghan invasion in July, or even quiet the voices of reason during the ensuing brouhaha; so doesn't that make them tools?

27. Here's the following part (and the first)
Fri Nov 29, 2013, 06:31 PM
Nov 2013

Part 3:

&feature=player_embedded

In this part, sen. Graham says he is limited by what he can say, and frustrated, like other people who held high positions were. To solve this, he wrote everything he wanted to say yet made it into a novel, and it passed. That book is called Keys to the Kingdom.

Here's a summary:

Shortly after an explosive op-ed piece about the 9/11 investigation appears in the New York Times, its author, former senator and co-chair of the 9/11 Congressional Inquiry Commission, John Billington, is murdered near his Florida home.

Enter Tony Ramos, ex–Special Forces operative, former aid to Senator Billington, and currently a State Department intelligence analyst. Billington, having sensed the danger he faced, has left Ramos detailed instructions for an investigation into suspected Saudi complicity in 9/11. Ramos, in conjunction with Billington's daughter Laura, uncovers a shocking international conspiracy linking the Saudi Kingdom to Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda.

Despite efforts to derail their investigation, whose scope encompasses Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, Ramos and Laura discover that the Kingdom has recently provided bin Laden and al-Qaeda with three nuclear devices, two of which are successfully detonated by the terrorists overseas. But they were just a warmup to the grand finale. The third device, Ramos learns, will be detonated off the California coast. Now Ramos and a team of Special Forces must race against time to prevent al-Qaeda from unleashing nuclear disaster on American shores and beyond.

Part 1:

I hope some of you note what it means when a man of Senator Graham's stature has to go on TRNN to get out such an important story. A quick youtube search showed he was also on Democracy Now 2 years ago on this topic:

and a month ago at RT: (covers several topics, one is a complete debunking of the CIA's allegation that Graham was briefed on the torture methods. This guy looks very legit to me)

In support of that, here's something to consider, this post regarding "Manipulative GOP Policies in support of War"

http://www.democraticunderground.com/11781005

See especially the last section of that post, "CONTRADICTORY GOP ISLAMIC POLICY"

Also posted, deceptive practices under George W. titled "Credit Due for Failed GOP Policies"

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10022728309

Which could just have easily been titled "GOP Deception, the practice of Lying for Political Gain", or something similar.

Used to have MANY links for the Haliburton/KBR/Carlyle Group connections, most of the media has long since purged them in the wake of 9-11, can't find anything but recent internet links, that history has been flushed down the "memory hole".

Credits due to the thorough NSA "political cleanup" in support of that administration, likely as not.

Thanks.
