My favorite shopping day is Sunday....between 9 and 11 am.
The advantage of living in a small southern town is ....almost everyone is in church on Sunday am.
No traffic, no lines at the store.
But
from 11 to 2....different story. People like going to restaurants for Sunday brunch after church.

I've been trying to get the teen out of bed so we can grab some breakfast at a local diner, then come back home and decorate. Later we're going to a relative's house for some leftover casserole. Yum!
