The tomatoes you grow are so luscious. I already have plans for a row of them from the tomato you sent me. Mississippi, Craig's Lucky Cross, they will be called

Glad your birds are hovering around you to be both comforting and having personality as all birds do. Spencer always did that. Cockatiels are not nearly as intelligent as conures, though.

tuky was a star. He also had the most gentle personality of any parrot I have ever met (he went with anybody and everybody for a head scratch)

Though the hovering of these two guys can be annoying at times. Look bird, I need to cook... so what Human, I have not seen you in two weeks.

He waved his tail enough to make Miley Cyrus jealous when he got flicked with water and little toys with bells were sent his way.

(One advantage after Thanksgiving is you can find cheap turkey). They love turkey. It is hardly cooked, and they have had no home cooked meal in two weeks, so let the begging begin.

I am also trying the carrot cake (savory dish) I got the recipe during the Shive. My cousin brought it, it is great.

I might post it, and translate it, later in home cooking. The Flan recipe is already there. And that one is... at least three generations old.

and while one or two needed modifications for my food allergies, it is not that hard to do these days. I have been cooking too long.

That takes half an hour in the oven, so in two hours the kids will have to go down while I get that done, and the rice.

I was thinking some cranberry compote, but frankly I like it, my husband is not too thrilled, so. Now will see if the conures dig into something they have never eaten, the carrot dish. Picky eaters they are.

no. Just no cranberry

EDIT: Same category as bell peppers. Never, ever want to see them anywhere near food. I learned to cook Italian and Cajun just so I am certain there are no bell peppers.

Cranberries, ew, same category, allergic.
