Requiring an emotionally upsetting and invasive ultrasounds for a legal procedure was not newsworthy to the Oregonian. An understated comic strip calling attention to the absurdity required emergency measures!

Cancel your newspaper subscriptions for those who banned the comic strip. They should ban the legislatures that pass these utterly ridiculous laws.

I can't tell you when the last time I saw one of those Doonesbury's was, before this one popped up...but the year probably had a zero in it...

Love the way they try to "protect" people from commentary--all it does is create a buzz.
